My Journey

There was a time when I accepted less — in relationships, in friendships, in life. After a friendship breakup that coincided with a major surgery, I finally had the space to sit with myself. And I realized: I’d been operating from wounds, not worth.

That was the beginning of my grown woman era.
I found my boundaries. I found my voice. I chose myself.

Now, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same — with real talk, gentle truths, and the kind of energy that says: you don’t have to wait for permission to take up space.
